DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery of Goods is carried out at the customer's choice: InPost parcel machines, Inpost courier (to hand), DPD courier (to hand), DPD parcel points and machines, personal collection.
The customer can also pick up the order at: 115 Nowowiejska Street, 50-347 Wroclaw on the day arranged with the seller by phone +48 665 294 652 or by email: info@foppa.me
With the exception of Goods collected by the customer in person, the order is considered completed at the time of shipment to the customer (entrusting the shipment to a carrier engaged in transportation). The exact actual delivery date is determined by the carrier.
Goods are shipped by the Seller within 21 working days, unless a different deadline is explicitly stated in the product description when the customer places the order. Detailed delivery times are given on the Store's website under the “Order Delivery Time” tab.
The Seller normally handles orders within the territory of the Republic of Poland at the cost indicated on the Store's website in the “Delivery time and costs” tab. Shipping abroad is possible against payment of the costs indicated on the Store's website or costs individually agreed with the customer.
