FINAL PROVISIONS
Polish law applies to the Contracts concluded in the Store. The Contract is concluded in the Polish language.
None of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions does not exclude or in any way limit the rights of the consumer (and Entrepreneur Privileged) under the law.
The Seller may make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time, with such changes applying to orders placed after the publication of the new version of the Terms and Conditions, and in the case of (i) previously concluded Digital or Electronic Service Agreements, as well as in the case of (ii) customers with an Account in the store - the customer will be notified of the change to the Terms and Conditions and the possibility of not accepting the new content.
The Regulations are effective as of 29-01-2024.
